All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to all Donaiser Pro features
- Your payment method will not be charged
- You can cancel at any time with no charge
- If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically after 14 days
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with Donaiser after your trial ends, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to all plans (Starter, Growth, and Agency) on both monthly and annual billing.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@donaiser.com or create a support ticket
- Include your account email and reason (optional)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method
After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for:
- Remaining time on a cancelled subscription
- Unused portions of annual plans
- Feature changes or updates to the plugin
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to all Donaiser Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds unless there was a billing error. To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your billing dashboard.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the 30-day period at our discretion in cases of:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extended service outages affecting your use
- Other exceptional circumstances
